- Select the asset and compatible network. · 选择币种及兼容网络。
- Enter and verify the destination address. · 输入并核对收款地址。
- Review amount, fee and estimated amount received. · 核对金额、手续费和预计到账数量。
- Submit for security review and track the status in asset history. · 提交安全审核并在资产记录中查询状态。
- After approval, the transaction is broadcast; arrival depends on confirmations and the recipient. · 审核通过后广播链上交易，到账时间取决于区块确认及接收方。
Rejected or delayed requests · 驳回或延迟
If a request is rejected, the frozen amount should return to the available balance of the same asset. If it does not, contact in-platform support with the order ID. Never pay an “unlock fee” to a private address.
提现被拒绝后，冻结金额应退回同币种可用余额。如未退回，请通过站内客服提交订单号。不要向私人地址支付所谓“解冻费”。
